Our in-house fabrication capability is what makes bespoke possible. Using the latest 3D modelling, we design and manufacture stainless steel pipework, manifolds, frames and enclosures at our UK facility, using stainless steel as standard.

Laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing
We respond to complex requirements quickly, without compromising on quality.
Most of our fabrication work supports our pump packages, but we also take on standalone projects. If it is made from stainless steel and you can describe what you need, we can probably make it.
We generate our own nitrogen on-site for laser cutting, improving cut quality and reducing our environmental impact.

Design and project plannings
From 3D model to fabricated component
Our 3D CAD models feed directly into our CNC laser cutting and press brake systems, creating a digital-to-manufacture workflow that ensures dimensional accuracy, repeatability and full traceability from approved design to finished component.
For projects requiring structural verification, we carry out finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate load paths, stress distribution and deflection against applicable design codes. Where the project sits within a wider construction programme, we coordinate within BIM environments to support clash detection and consistent data exchange across disciplines.

The foundation of everything we do
In-house fabrication means we can adapt. When a site survey reveals something unexpected or a client has a specific requirement, we can adjust drawings and fabricate new components without starting from scratch.
Our competitors sell off-the-shelf products. When their customer needs something non-standard, they have a problem. We do not.
