We have delivered bespoke water booster sets to water utilities for decades. The WashBoost range builds on this experience, offering a standardised solution that simplifies integration for designers, streamlines installation for site teams and enables efficient operation and maintenance for end users. All whilst supporting improved lead times for swifter project delivery!
Industry feedback has been central to the development of the WashBoost range. While a standardised product cannot meet every site-specific requirement, the designs have been carefully developed to suit a wide range of duties. With flow capacities from 1 l/s to over 25 l/s, there is a suitable unit available for a range of applications across the water sector.
To maintain simplicity and consistency, configuration options are focused on two key variables: the pipework orientation and pump selection. Each unit is available with a defined range of pump sizes, allowing performance to be matched to site requirements.
From single pump to multi pump configurations
Kiosk-housed single pump booster unit designed for connection to an external tank. Utilising final effluent or potable water these systems will typically be used for washdown applications. It provides a compact, efficient, and reliable solution for smaller sites.
Identical to the Compact, with the addition of a break tank providing Category 5 backflow protection via an AB air gap. Designed for use with potable water, this model is ideal for lower flow applications such as polymer make-up, emergency shower feeds and chemical delivery area washdown at clean water sites.
Compact AB with additional integrated hose reel, ideal for chemical delivery or specific process area wash down. Available in 10m, 20m and 30m hose lengths. Spare discharge connection for future requirements or remote washdown areas is included as standard.
Duty/standby variable speed system with twin pumps for site resilience. Form 2 local control panel with live delivery pressure readings and 4-20mA signal to telemetry. Configured to meet water utility specification requirements.
Typically utilising final effluent, these units are designed for larger wastewater treatment sites, with a particular focus on the supply of FE for use in Process. Booster sets supplied are complete with Form 4 control panels to improve maintainability of equipment that is supplying water to process-critical plant. Triple pump units with walk-in kiosks are included, with lifting and maintenance of the pumps as well as ease of operation at the forefront of these designs.
