Standard pressurisation units
Fully automatic, PLC controlled units available with single or dual pumps. Floor-standing or wall-mounting cabinets. Suitable for most commercial heating and chilled water systems.
Our pressurisation units are fully automatic and PLC-controlled, designed to maintain the required system pressure without manual intervention. Dual pump configurations are available as standard, housed in floor-standing cabinets, wall-mountable enclosures or on a purpose-sized chassis to suit your plant room.
For larger sealed systems subject to extreme temperature and pressure changes, our fill spill units provide the capacity needed. Built with 304 stainless steel tanks for longevity, these can be configured to fit within plant room constraints.

Pressurisation units are specified for sealed heating and cooling systems where maintaining consistent pressure is critical to system performance and component protection.
Sealed central heating systems in commercial buildings. Chilled water circuits for air conditioning. Underfloor heating installations. Industrial cooling processes. Any sealed water system where pressure must be maintained automatically.

From compact units to large-scale systems

Fully automatic, PLC controlled units available with single or dual pumps. Floor-standing or wall-mounting cabinets. Suitable for most commercial heating and chilled water systems.

Designed for larger sealed systems capable of extreme temperature and pressure changes. Our units remove the need for multiple large expansion vessels which have temperature limitations or will require considerable space to accommodate. Supplied with bespoke 304 stainless steel tanks for longevity, configurations can be made to fit any plant room constraints.

Expansion vessels absorb the increased volume as water heats and expands. Available for heating systems, chilled water circuits and hot water services. Cylindrical diaphragm design prevents water contact with the steel shell.
