When wastewater needs to travel uphill or across terrain where gravity drainage is not possible, a pumping station lifts it to the main sewer or treatment works. We design and manufacture sewage pumping stations for water utilities and building services applications, from basement drainage to large-scale infrastructure.

Every site presents different challenges. Chamber depths vary. Access constraints dictate installation methods. Flow rates and head requirements differ from project to project.
When a concrete chamber has been utilised, we provide complete kit-out solutions with 316L stainless steel pipework and fittings as standard. For new installations, we supply packaged GRP or stainless steel chambers ready for delivery. Our in-house fabrication means we can adapt pipework configurations, valve arrangements and control systems to suit your exact requirements.

Where pumping stations are used
Pumping stations are required when gravity drainage is not feasible.
Whether that’s a basement below sewer level, a development where deep gravity sewers would require extensive groundworks, rural properties and remote sites without access to mains drainage, or water utility storm overflow that holds and transfers flows during heavy rainfall. The common thread is wastewater that cannot reach its destination by gravity alone.

Above-ground pumping stations
Surface-mounted stainless steel chambers for applications where below-ground installation is not feasible. 304 stainless steel tanks engineered to any size, designed for easy maintenance access.
Chamber kit-outs
Complete pipework and pump packages for installation in pre-cast or in-situ concrete chambers. 316L stainless steel as standard. Includes pumps, guide rails, pipework, valves and control panel.
Dry well systems
Intelligent pumping solutions with pumps housed in a dry chamber adjacent to the wet well. Suitable for larger installations and confined space environments.
