Planned preventive maintenance

Regular servicing for reliable operation

Regular servicing reduces breakdown risk, extends equipment life and maintains compliance with manufacturer warranties.

Our maintenance visits include performance and pressure checks, electrical and control panel inspections, resetting and calibration, valve, vessel and pipework checks. Every visit is followed by a detailed service report.

We recommend six-monthly servicing for most installations, but we tailor schedules to suit individual site requirements.

Pump system health checks

For long-term asset planning, we offer comprehensive assessments that provide clear insight into equipment condition and performance. These help forecast CAPEX requirements, plan lifecycle replacements and avoid unplanned expenditure.

Installations

From delivery to commissioning

We manage complete installation projects for booster sets, pressurisation units, sump and wastewater stations, heating and chilled water pump systems in residential, commercial and industrial applications. Our install teams are equally well-versed at installing our booster sets on water utility sites, possessing all the necessary certification required to do so.

For plant rooms or restricted access areas and in combination with our bespoke manufacturing ability, we offer strip and rebuild installation options to ensure safe, compliant installation when space is limited.
