Packaged pump systems
A packaged system combines a break tank and booster set in one ready-to-connect unit. Designed and manufactured in the UK, our systems are built to your specification for residential, commercial, and water utility applications.
Packaged plant rooms
Our packaged plant rooms combine pumps, controls, pipework and storage into one factory-built system. Manufactured in steel or GRP at our UK facility, each unit is fully tested before dispatch.

We work with M&E consultants, contractors and developers at all stages of a project.
Design support
We offer technical input, budget pricing and outline drawings to support design development and specification.
Manufacture
All pump packages are designed and built at our Surrey facility. Bespoke configurations are standard practice.
Installation and service
Mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, planned maintenance and reactive callouts. We are an NICEIC approved contractor, with our engineers holding various accreditations in support of the work we carry out.
Replacement of an irrigation booster set
A long-established public site was experiencing persistent reliability issues with its irrigation booster system. Years of operational problems had left the existing setup unable to meet demand consistently.
KGN Pillinger carried out a full site survey, redesigned the system and delivered a bespoke packaged plant solution. All pipework was laser cut and fabricated in-house in 316L stainless steel. The project was delivered as a complete turnkey package within 20 weeks
