The right length
Available in 10, 20 or 30 metre hose lengths with an option for a lagged and trace heated jacket. The jacket design also covers the feed pipe, which includes a stainless flexible hose, isolation valve and BSP or flanged terminations
Stainless steel pedestal is of heavy-duty construction utilising stainless steel isometric tube welded to an 8mm thick baseplate with supporting gussets for fixing down to a suitable foundation on-site.

Strength and durability included
Pipework included is stainless steel 316L terminating in a DN25 PN16 flanged connection for connecting to hose reel feed pipework by others on-site. A line size lever ball isolation valve is included, as well as a braided stainless steel flexible hose for the connection onto the reel.
Trace heating option proposed covers the hose reel and the complete feed pipe assembly down to 200mm above ground level. We have included for an additional 1m of the trace heating cable to enable site lag and trace heat the hose reel feed pipe. Trace heating will be controlled from an IP65 thermostat mounted on the hose reel pedestal, fed from a single-phase mains isolation switch. Electrical components are IP65 and fitted with a stainless-steel cover box to prevent rainwater running from the jacket onto the electrical components.
