Design & Construction
The pedestal is engineered for strength, durability and long-term performance:
- Fabricated from stainless steel isometric tube
- Welded to an 8 mm thick baseplate with supporting gussets
- Designed for secure fixing to a suitable on-site foundation
Pipework and connections include:
- 316L stainless steel pipework throughout
- DN25 PN16 flanged connection for connection to site pipework
- Line-size lever ball isolation valve
- Braided stainless steel flexible hose connection to the reel
This ensures corrosion resistance and reliable operation in demanding environments.
Hose Reel Specification
- Spring-rewind hose reel
- ¾" hose rated to 103 bar
- Supplied with wash gun rated at approximately 75 l/min and associated fittings
- Suitable for air and water applications

Trace Heating System
The integrated trace heating system ensures protection against freezing conditions:

- Powered from a single-phase mains isolation switch
- Electrical components rated IP65
