Fill Spill Unit

The KGN Pillinger range of Fill Spill Units is designed to maintain pressure in large sealed heating systems subject to extreme temperature and pressure fluctuations. Engineered for demanding applications, each unit is built around a robust 304 stainless steel tank, delivering long-term durability and dependable system protection.

Fill Spill Units provide an effective alternative to traditional expansion vessels in large systems. By safely accommodating expansion and contraction at high temperatures, they help maintain stable system pressure while supporting efficient and reliable operation.

Units are available as bespoke design builds, allowing dimensional, layout and control configurations to be tailored to suit specific plant room constraints and project requirements.

Key Advantages

  • Designed for large sealed systems exposed to extreme temperature and pressure changes
  • 304 stainless steel tank for corrosion resistance and long service life
  • Capable of operating at temperatures exceeding 120°C
  • Eliminates the requirement for a separate system expansion vessel
  • Available in bespoke designs to suit plant room space and layout constraints

Design & Construction

Each Fill Spill Unit consists of a stainless steel tank connected to a packaged booster set, supplied on a single skid or as a split arrangement where required. The booster set comprises pumps, an expansion vessel and a bespoke control panel, delivering an integrated, space-efficient solution.
